About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution ownership from presales through implementation to post-production support.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, cost-effective CRM solutions including architecture, configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Drive presales activities including client workshops, solutioning, technical proposals, and ensure delivery alignment with commitments.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement with functional and technical expertise.
- Proven skills in Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), data migration, and system integrations.
- Experience in presales, solution architecture, proposal building, and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing global delivery models and working directly with US clients, indicating capability for cross-geography collaboration.
- Able to independently lead technical delivery and presales functions requiring minimal supervision.
- Strong combined functional and technical Dynamics 365 CRM background with proven ability to oversee full lifecycle implementation projects and maintain solution governance.
