About This Role
- Gather and review business requirements, conduct data and gap analysis to support fund accounting processes.
- Manage testing of new developments and enhancements with proactive communication across business units, implementation, support teams, and vendors.
- Provide strategic support for system code build, formulate analytics and management information to aid project and program management, and lead project coordination including resource planning and testing deployments.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: Experience in Financial Services sector with knowledge of Fund Accounting platforms Multifonds and Principles.
- Familiarity with Trustee platforms like CRIMS is necessary for trustee-related roles.
- Strong communication skills and experience with JIRA and Confluence tools.
- People management experience including resource planning and team management skills.

- Experienced in independently defining concepts and liaising between business units and technical teams, indicating a strategic and facilitative operating style.
- Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate testing and deployments in financial services environments.
- Skilled in designing process and operational models and conducting data reconciliation, pointing to strong analytical and operational expertise.
