About This Role
- Manage and resolve batch automation disruptions to meet customer SLAs, ensuring reliable platform operations.
- Support and collaborate with DevOps, Support, Product, and Customer teams to troubleshoot and maintain cloud-based platform stability.
- Develop and maintain data management processes using SQL, Python, ETL tools, and automation scripts to enhance system performance and customer outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in technical consulting, support, or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; hands-on experience with ETL tools like SSIS.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cloud-based data platform operations with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of independently handling system troubleshooting, automation, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with data processing tools (Hadoop, PySpark, Hive) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes preferred but not mandatory.
