About This Role
- Own creation and maintenance of high-quality presentations, investor decks, and client pitch materials ensuring brand consistency.
- Prepare and deliver tailored product demos and walkthroughs to investors, clients, and partners by coordinating with product and engineering teams.
- Manage meeting documentation, follow-ups, CEO email correspondence, and external communication including LinkedIn posts aligned with the CEO's voice.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, Management, or related field from a reputed university.
- 1-3 years of experience in founder's office, business operations, consulting, or strategic support role.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides/Canva with ability to independently create executive-level decks.
- Strong written English skills with experience drafting professional emails, LinkedIn posts, and meeting notes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility roles with high ownership of deliverables and follow-ups.
- Experienced in interacting and presenting to external stakeholders such as investors, clients, and partners.
- Hands-on user of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for content creation and research, with familiarity in prompt engineering as a plus.
