About This Role
- Conduct rental market research and analyze residential property trends to recommend competitive rental values.
- Prepare market comparison reports, rental insights, and business presentations to support marketing initiatives and business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy of property data and maintain property listings, promotional content, and MIS reports.
Minimum Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Marketing, Real Estate, Research, Operations, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Work Experience Required: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong analytical and communication skills encouraged).

- Experience or interest in real estate or related market research and customer engagement activities.
