Rotational night shifts required (2 months per year).
Experienced in incident response, root cause analysis, and controlled production changes in a complex cloud platform environment.
Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams including application, security, networking, and vendors with strong communication skills.
Practically skilled in operational automation and observability tools, with preference for knowledge of infrastructure as code and managed data services like MongoDB/Atlas, Redis, SQL.
