About This Role
- Monitor UNIX/Linux servers 24x7 in a global infrastructure environment to ensure system availability and performance.
- Act as first line (L1) support for incident detection, logging, initial troubleshooting, and coordinating incident response with L2/L3 teams and vendors.
- Manage tickets using ServiceNow/ITSM tools adhering to SLA, conduct incident bridge calls, and communicate timely updates to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in B.E./B.Tech/MCA mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in UNIX/Linux support, monitoring, or IT operations required.
- Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems and incident management processes.
- Willingness to work 24x7 rotational shifts and from office (Gurgaon GCC location).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in real-time monitoring and incident handling in high-availability UNIX/Linux environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, ServiceNow, and optionally Splunk or similar logging tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global support environment requiring coordination across teams and escalation management.
