Willingness to work onsite with extensive travel across Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Assam; base location Delhi NCR.
Experience in startups with operations, field operations, fleet or city operations, particularly in quick commerce, home services, hyperlocal delivery or on-demand sectors.
Comfortable making independent decisions under pressure during live data collection deployments.
Able to manage and direct multi-person field teams and coordinate with diverse stakeholders including factory and site leadership.
