About This Role
- Own end-to-end deployment operations including equipment management, team supervision (5-6 field operators), and data quality verification at live sites.
- Make real-time decisions on data collection quality and operational challenges during deployments across factory floors, kitchens, and construction sites.
- Coordinate closely with site leadership and internal teams while managing travel and deployment logistics across multiple cities in India.
Minimum Requirements
- Any graduate degree (BBA, BA, B.Com, BHM, B.Tech or equivalent).
- Batch: 2025 or 2026 pass-outs, or up to 3 years relevant field/operations experience.
- Strong spoken English and Hindi mandatory for communication with site heads and teams.
- Willingness to work onsite with extensive travel across Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Assam; base location Delhi NCR.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in startups with operations, field operations, fleet or city operations, particularly in quick commerce, home services, hyperlocal delivery or on-demand sectors.
- Comfortable making independent decisions under pressure during live data collection deployments.
- Able to manage and direct multi-person field teams and coordinate with diverse stakeholders including factory and site leadership.
