About This Role
- Manage end-to-end hotel booking operations including support, coordination with suppliers, and engagement with travel agents.
- Provide technical and operational assistance to travel agents ensuring smooth booking processes and resolving escalations.
- Ensure high conversion of pending or failed bookings by proactive transaction management and negotiation with suppliers.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in hotel operations, travel operations, or similar travel industry roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism or related field.
- Strong understanding of hotel booking platforms and ancillary services.
- Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.

- Experience working directly with travel agents and suppliers in a high-touch operational role.
- Capable of managing multiple communication channels (calls, emails) and stakeholder coordination efficiently.
