About This Role
- Perform 24x7 real-time monitoring of Windows server environments and proactively detect and manage infrastructure anomalies.
- Lead incident bridge calls and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely incident resolution.
- Manage incident and service requests via ServiceNow, maintaining SLA adherence and operational documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in B.E. / B.Tech / MCA.
- 1–3 years of experience in server operations, infrastructure monitoring, or IT support.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments and ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Willingness to work 24x7 rotational shifts from office (GCC location).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling Windows server monitoring and incident management in a global enterprise environment with real-time operational responsibilities.
- Familiar with monitoring tools like AppDynamics and preferably basic exposure to Splunk or virtualization technologies.
- Capable of working under pressure in high-availability environments and coordinating effectively across global teams during incidents.
