About This Role
- Administer and maintain HR systems including HRIS, Time & Attendance, and Payroll to ensure stable and secure operations.
- Manage user access, system configuration, updates, data imports, and incident resolution to uphold system integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to support system releases, upgrades, testing (UAT, regression), and continuous process improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HR systems administration within a global or complex environment.
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Hands-on expertise in system configuration, maintenance, data updates, incident management, and user access/security administration.
- Location requirement: Pune, India.
