About This Role
- Oversee day-to-day People Operations delivery focusing on SLA adherence, accuracy, and service quality.
- Lead Shared Services model development, end-to-end process transitions, and digital transformation initiatives within the Bangalore hub.
- Monitor key operational KPIs and drive process improvements including automation and technology adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in HR/People Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Transformation.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
- Experience leading process transitions, service delivery, and digital transformation in People Operations.
- Location: Bangalore; Work model: Hybrid; Full-time employment.
