Experience supporting operational teams with analytics or BI to drive performance improvements in a large, complex environment.
Comfortable with hands-on development and maintenance of data ingestion, transformation, and dashboard solutions.
Familiarity or interest in AI-assisted development tools and automation frameworks to improve productivity and insights.
