About This Role
- Design, build, and deploy data products and dashboards to support United Ops leadership in making data-driven operational decisions.
- Develop and maintain backend data layers, ensuring data quality and availability to support various operational functions and high priority strategic projects.
- Assist in automation workflows across functional areas and maintain a single source of truth for operational data with robust governance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics, or related quantitative field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and/or data engineering.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio; experience with BI dashboarding tools such as PowerBI or Tibco Spotfire.
- Must be legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship; fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting operational teams with analytics or BI to drive performance improvements in a large, complex environment.
- Comfortable with hands-on development and maintenance of data ingestion, transformation, and dashboard solutions.
- Familiarity or interest in AI-assisted development tools and automation frameworks to improve productivity and insights.
