Strong employer backing, metro location, and broad senior technical skillset create high candidate competition.
Role demands enterprise ERP, integration-heavy, and .NET/cloud architecture experience, so background transferability is limited.
Explicit 12+ years plus mandatory deep AWS, PostgreSQL, C#/.NET, and architecture leadership make shortlisting highly strict.
Own and drive the architecture and long-term technical direction of the Label Traxx ERP platform and its AWS-hosted integration ecosystem, ensuring scalability and operational maturity.
Lead the modernization strategy of the legacy 4D-based Label Traxx platform by extending capabilities through modern AWS-native services and solving complex cross-system technical challenges.
Define and enforce organization-wide architecture standards for secure engineering, scalability, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development, while coaching senior engineers and influencing technical decisions across teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
12+ years of software engineering experience including significant technical leadership or principal engineering roles.
Deep hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Secrets Manager, CloudFormation/SAM) across multiple integrations.
Strong expertise in PostgreSQL data modeling, React frontend architecture, and C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core); proven experience modernizing legacy systems into cloud-native architectures.
Experienced in architecting complex, integration-heavy enterprise platforms involving APIs, batch processes, data warehousing, and supplier integrations.
Capable of setting and enforcing engineering standards across teams, including secure engineering, CI/CD, and adoption of AI-assisted development tools.
Skilled in mentoring senior engineers and effectively communicating technical direction and trade-offs to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
