About This Role
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship across multiple software engineering teams to advance financial technology solutions.
- Design, implement, and oversee scalable and resilient full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, React.js, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
- Drive adoption and governance of AI-assisted development tools and software delivery lifecycle automation to improve delivery speed, quality, and operational outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, with working knowledge of SQL and React.js.
- Hands-on experience with RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL), cloud infrastructure provisioning tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation), and advanced agile methodologies (CI/CD, security, resiliency).
- Formal education in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field; Software Engineering training or certification with 5+ years applied experience; experience leading technology projects and teams.

- Experienced leader comfortable managing multiple teams in complex financial services technology environments with a focus on scalable and secure full-stack solutions.
- Deep domain knowledge in financial services IT systems and practical cloud-native experience, including governance of AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- Operationally oriented with ability to set measurable goals for software delivery speed, defect reduction, reliability, and to influence stakeholders across business and technology functions.
