About This Role
- Lead and mentor backend and frontend engineering teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable software projects on time.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and automation to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
- Architect and oversee scalable distributed systems and microservices using Java/Spring Boot and React.js, collaborating with cross-functional teams for product execution.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of software engineering experience with 2–4 years in engineering leadership roles.
- Strong backend development expertise in Java and Spring Boot, and frontend experience with React.js.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experienced engineering leader skilled at managing and scaling cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Deep technical background in distributed system design, microservices architecture, and AI-assisted development workflows.
