About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of software/IP for test systems validating RFIC components such as Power Amplifiers, RFFE, Transceivers, Filters, and Switches.
- Own and drive system/features development lifecycle from definition through release, including collaborating with global R&D and addressing customer issues.
- Provide technical leadership including architectural decisions, mentorship, process improvements, and resolution of critical issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years experience in development of application/system/ATE for Test and Measurement, preferably for RF.
- Proficient in LabVIEW, C#, C++, Python, TestStand with hands-on design, development and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with post-Silicon validation and production test using NI RF instruments, drivers, and NI STS (Semiconductor Test System).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in validation and characterization of RFIC devices (RFFE, Power Amplifiers, Transceivers, Filters, Switches).
- Skilled in using lab equipment including Oscilloscopes, RF Instruments (VST, VNA, RFSA, RFSG), Protocol Analyzers, Function Generators.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to lead technical teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
