About This Role
- Manage and maintain software lifecycle requirements using IBM DOORS, ensuring clarity, completeness, and traceability.
- Perform requirements reviews, quality checks, and manage changes including impact analysis and version control in the requirements management system.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to resolve requirement-related issues and produce traceability and status reports.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Hands-on experience with IBM DOORS in Requirements Management.
- Graduation in BCA or B.Sc.
- Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, traceability, and change management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling end-to-end requirements lifecycle in a software development environment using DOORS.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders including engineers, testers, and senior managers to clarify and resolve requirement issues.
- Strong focus on quality assurance via requirements reviews, traceability, and configuration management.
