About This Role
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot secure, scalable software solutions primarily using Java, React, and AWS.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted coding tools to enhance code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, ensuring outputs are peer-reviewed and tested.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts; analyze large data sets to improve software applications and proactively identify problem patterns.
Minimum Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with Java, React, AWS, and enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools.
- Understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security best practices.

- Experienced in applying AI-assisted development tools critically for code, testing, and documentation in large corporate environments.
- Able to produce and maintain secure, high-quality production code with accountability for architecture and design constraints.
- Familiar with secure and responsible AI use in engineering workflows, guiding peers on best practices related to data sensitivity and resiliency.
