About This Role
- Own the creation and management of detailed business and functional requirements for assigned ICE applications including development, maintenance, and support.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including operations, technology, business development, sales, and quality assurance to ensure delivery of high-quality applications.
- Use AI and data analysis tools (e.g., AI/ML, SQL, Excel) to assist in requirements generation, documentation, prioritization, and incident resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, MIS, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience in the Finance domain.
- Experience leveraging AI/ML or Generative AI tools for requirements creation or analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, Jira, and Confluence.

- Experienced in translating complex operational and business inputs into structured software requirements suited for financial market infrastructure.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with frequent multi-stakeholder collaboration.
