About This Role
- Define and communicate future-state architecture and technical vision for CitiDirect Platform ARTs, focusing on system scalability, security, and performance.
- Design and lead architectural runway initiatives, including enabler epics around cloud infrastructure, microservices, and data architecture to mitigate technical debt.
- Manage cross-team technical dependencies, risks, and ensure on-time delivery of high-priority technical programs within a SAFe agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, system design, and enterprise-scale architecture.
- Hands-on experience working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment is mandatory.
- Proven expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS ECS), microservices, event-driven systems, DevSecOps, CI/CD, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and modern data architectures.

- Senior technical leader who can bridge high-level enterprise architecture with hands-on engineering execution and technical program management.
- Experienced in driving execution in large-scale, matrixed organizations with multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional senior stakeholders and navigate complex technical dependency and risk environments without direct authority.
