About This Role
- Lead the transformation of IT Compute Core Team architecture to build new service offerings spanning On-Prem and Cloud environments.
- Design, scale, and deploy global core infrastructure services (DNS, NTP/PTP, DHCP, LDAP) focusing on automation, monitoring, high availability, and capacity planning.
- Define and implement service efficiency metrics and drive optimizations using software and hardware technologies including SR-IOV, DPU, eBPF, and XDP.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of experience in compute platform engineering with a focus on automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go and/or Python and strong Linux OS knowledge including kernel internals.
- Experience with containerization architectures, distributed systems infrastructure, Terraform/configuration management tools, and network protocols (VLAN/VxLAN/SDN/BGP/Anycast).

- Experienced in designing scalable and reliable distributed systems and containerized environments at large scale.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining tools for data collection, analysis, visualization, and performance profiling in complex infrastructure.
- Able to collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver IT products and services that meet customer needs.
