About This Role
- Conceptualise, build, and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen leadership within India's startup ecosystem.
- Cultivate relationships with founders, investors, policymakers, corporations, and ecosystem leaders to create long-term value.
- Develop communications, proposals, and operational systems to scale the Founder's Office execution and influence.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, founder's office, business operations, program management, partnerships, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Excellent written communication skills with experience in proposals, presentations, concept notes, and executive correspondence.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities across startup ecosystem sectors.
- Work Experience Required: 3–5 years in relevant strategic or operational roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced at managing multiple strategic projects involving cross-functional teams and senior ecosystem stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous ideas into structured execution plans with strong ownership and systems thinking.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and engaging with CXOs and government officials.
