About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data analysis and BI reporting to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and dashboards, perform DAX queries, and convert raw data into meaningful business insights.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computers, or a related field.
- 4+ years experience in US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) across all functions.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL or Databricks, advanced Excel, and BI/MIS data modeling.
- Must be willing to work US timings (5:30 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical and domain expertise in US healthcare RCM with ability to articulate KPIs and business objectives clearly.
- Experienced in working with multi-level stakeholders across business and technical teams in an agile environment.
- Capable of managing data documentation, process design, and guiding data-driven decision-making for operational improvements.
