Must be willing to work US timings (5:30 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST).
Strong technical and domain expertise in US healthcare RCM with ability to articulate KPIs and business objectives clearly.
Experienced in working with multi-level stakeholders across business and technical teams in an agile environment.
Capable of managing data documentation, process design, and guiding data-driven decision-making for operational improvements.
