About This Role
- Own decomposition and documentation of upstream finance data landscape including data sources, formats, controls, and lineage to program outputs.
- Translate complex finance and IT data requirements into clear, implementable requirements and support solution design including defining acceptance criteria and business rules.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment to manage dependencies, decision-making, and requirement sign-offs across multiple IT and business teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-15 years of IT experience with proven business analysis and requirement gathering skills including BRD/FRD documentation.
- Knowledge of VaR calculations, risk models, and asset management finance data concepts such as AUM, flows, revenue components.
- Expertise in data/interface analysis, maintaining interface catalogs and data dictionaries, proficient in SQL and Agile methodologies.
- Work Experience Required: 7-15 years in IT and business analysis specifically related to finance data and reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in asset management finance data and upstream data quality with understanding of controls and auditability requirements.
- Strong at decomposing complex data/processes into structured requirements and driving alignment across multi-national teams and multiple delivery streams.
- Able to independently lead analysis, manage cross-team priorities, and facilitate decision-making workshops effectively in a complex technical and business environment.
