About This Role
- Oversee and coordinate multiple strategic projects to ensure alignment with company goals, acting as project/program manager for large business transformation projects.
- Manage project frameworks including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and maintain communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across regions and teams, deliver quality artefacts, and balance Agile and traditional project management approaches.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in program/project management, change management, or organizational development.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate diploma from a top-tier B-School or reputed university.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile and traditional) and tools; knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
- Work Experience Required: 8-12 years in relevant areas as specified.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing large-scale strategic or business transformation projects with cross-functional teams in consulting or related industries.
- Strong stakeholder management skills including interaction with senior stakeholders at CXO, Partner, or Functional Head levels across diverse geographies.
- Ability to manage projects in VUCA environments with strategic thinking and client-centric mindset, delivering quality outcomes while building team capabilities.
