About This Role
- Lead analysis of learning needs and develop strategies aligning with business requirements and skill gaps.
- Manage and mentor a distributed team of instructional designers and media/technology designers to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
- Oversee project management including budgeting, scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment for multiple corporate learning programs.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 13 years of experience in instructional design, learning delivery, and learning technology with 5+ years managing large teams.
- Bachelor's degree full-time required; postgraduate degrees and certifications such as MA in Learning Sciences, MBA, or PMP are desirable but not mandatory.
- Must have skills: Instructional Design OR Storyboarding OR Articulate Storyline; experience with learning platforms and rapid development tools is an advantage.
- Location flexibility: Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Chennai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead agile learning projects and deliver enterprise-wide technology transformation and leadership learning programs.
- Experience working across global teams, multiple industries, and cross-cultural environments, providing client consulting and business development for learning services.
- Expertise in at least one niche area of learning design, technology, or experience with innovative eLearning solutions.
