Experienced professional with a proven track record in managing labour law compliances and HR operations in a structured, process-driven environment.
Analytically strong with hands-on capability in building HR dashboards and providing actionable workforce insights to senior leadership.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, global matrix organizations with multiple stakeholder engagement and strict compliance deadlines.
