About This Role
- Manage end-to-end land acquisition processes including identification, negotiation, compensation, and possession of land.
- Coordinate with government bodies such as Revenue, Forest, Mining, and District Administration to obtain necessary statutory clearances and approvals.
- Track project milestones related to land acquisition and forest diversion approvals, resolving disputes and bottlenecks to meet operational timelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline with a degree in law.
- Experience required in revenue, land management, land purchase, and land acquisition.
- Knowledge of land related regulations including MMDR Act, Forest Clearance Act, PESA Act, Forest Rights Act.
- Knowledge of Odiya language preferred but not mandatory.

- Has demonstrated experience handling statutory clearances and governmental coordination in land acquisition projects.
- Strong knowledge of relevant land and forest laws, with proven capacity in negotiation and dispute resolution.
- Operates effectively in a regulatory-heavy environment requiring milestone tracking and corrective action implementation.
