Minimum Requirements
8+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant ownership of complex production software or platform components.
Strong hands-on expertise in Ubuntu Linux, C++ programming, and Docker container technologies.
Experience with Industrial IoT communication protocols including MQTT, Modbus TCP/RTU, BACnet, and OPC UA.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and troubleshooting software on embedded Linux and industrial computing devices (e.g., Advantech industrial PCs).
Demonstrated capability to lead architecture decisions and manage cross-team technical delivery in a globally distributed agile environment.
Practically skilled in handling unreliable networks, distributed system failure modes, and resource-constrained hardware environments in industrial contexts.
