Infrastructure Engineer III- Network Rapid Response Team

Manage incident, problem, change, risk, vendor, and client relationships within network infrastructure operations.

Lead day-to-day service delivery and lifecycle management to support and evolve network infrastructure business processes.

Coach and mentor team members while acting as primary customer interface and advocating for customer needs during critical infrastructure issues.

3+ years of applied experience in infrastructure disciplines with formal training or certification.

Strong experience in Network Operation including Routing & Switching (LAN, WAN), IP services, data center technologies, and optical technologies.

Experience in banking, exchange, or technology environments within global organizations.

Demonstrated use of enterprise-authorized AI tools for infrastructure workflows with strong validation and security awareness.

Experienced in managing complex network environments at scale, including metropolitan and data center networks with Cisco and Arista technologies.

Skilled in applying AI-assisted tools and scripting (Python, Ansible) to enhance infrastructure monitoring and remediation.

Capable leader with operational ownership and ability to communicate effectively across teams and customers in high-pressure, fast-changing settings.
