About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-quality backend software solutions using Core Java and related technologies with a focus on scalability and system stability.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted tools to enhance code quality, delivery speed, and team productivity while ensuring secure and tested outputs.
- Provide level 3 developer support on a rotational 24x7 basis and proactively identify system and code improvement opportunities based on data insights.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java (17+), Spring Framework, Kafka, Hibernate, JSON, RESTful services, Kubernetes, JMS, and Oracle SQL.
- Experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and ability to validate AI-generated outputs for correctness and security.
- Experience with UNIX, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Maven), testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Cucumber), and understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing complex backend solutions within large corporate or financial environments using Java and Kafka.
- Proficient in using AI coding assist tools critically and integrating automated and secure coding practices within agile/CI-CD workflows.
- Capable of architecting and designing systems with focus on resiliency, security, and operational support in 24x7 production environments.
