About This Role
- Manage and operationally support a team of Security Platform Engineers monitoring and detecting escalated threats across enterprise technology infrastructure.
- Oversee administration, life cycle management, tuning, and maintenance of security tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Lead hiring, training, mentoring, and ensure team adheres to service standards and SLAs in 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
- Advanced experience leading and managing security teams and cybersecurity technologies (Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SOC/CSIRT operations and end-to-end incident handling.
- Workplace: Hybrid working; Work Experience Required: Advanced experience in security domain as described.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced security team leader capable of managing and mentoring engineering teams in operational excellence within security platform engineering.
- Deep technical proficiency in security tools management, infrastructure security, SOC operations, and incident response.
- Able to work effectively within 24/7 operations and cross-functional collaboration contexts.
