About This Role
- Own incident, problem, change management, vendor/client relationships, and service delivery for network infrastructure.
- Lead day-to-day operational activities including defining and driving MIS requirements to enhance business processes.
- Act as primary customer interface for infrastructure issues while mentoring junior team members and supporting team management.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years applied experience with formal training or certification in infrastructure disciplines.
- Strong expertise in network operations including Routing & Switching (LAN, WAN), IP services (load balancing, proxies, firewalls), data center technologies (Nexus, ASR, VXLAN, Cisco ACI/SIMPL, Arista Fabric), and optical technologies (Ciena).
- Experience in a banking, exchange, or global technology environment required.
- Demonstrated use of enterprise-authorized AI tools for infrastructure workflows with strong validation and data sensitivity awareness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex network infrastructure in large, global financial or similar institutions under high operational pressure.
- Skilled in integrating AI-assisted solutions within network operations while ensuring security, resiliency, and audit compliance.
- Capable of operational leadership including mentoring, stakeholder communication, and driving improvements in infrastructure service delivery.
