About This Role
- Lead and own Functional QA and Test Automation for application components and web services using Java/C#, Playwright, and Selenium.
- Design, develop, and optimize automated tests and AI-driven quality engineering workflows including GenAI, LLM, and Agentic AI integration.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test strategy, code quality, and release reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 9+ years of software engineering/quality engineering work experience.
- 6+ years hands-on Automation Testing experience with Selenium, Playwright, XUnit, NUnit frameworks.
- 4+ years experience with API testing (REST, SOAP, RPC).

- Experienced in combining automation testing with AI technologies such as GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and Agentic AI for quality and workflow automation.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills in Java, C#, and Python with practical test automation tools expertise.
- Proven ability to design and implement CI/CD integrated test automation in complex, quality-focused delivery environments.
