About This Role
- Implement and maintain enterprise data governance and knowledge management frameworks and procedures aligned with policies.
- Support data quality assessments, metadata management, and remediation efforts across business and IT teams.
- Assist in governance reporting, audit readiness, and AI/GenAI governance initiatives under senior guidance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years experience in data governance, information governance, data management, or related fields.
- Working knowledge of data quality, metadata management, data stewardship, or content governance concepts.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance concepts such as CCPA, GLBA, ERISA, SEC/FINRA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to apply governance standards.
- Familiar with metadata/catalog tools like Collibra and data platforms such as Snowflake, with basic SQL proficiency.
- Capable of translating governance requirements into documented processes supporting data and knowledge literacy initiatives including emerging AI/GenAI cases.
