About This Role
- Lead technical implementation and configuration of RippleHire software for enterprise customers, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
- Design and implement integration solutions involving APIs, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth), and data migration with quality validation.
- Serve as primary technical contact for customers throughout implementation lifecycle, providing documentation, training, and issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical implementation, software deployment, or system integration roles.
- Hands-on experience with API-based integrations and authentication/security protocols (SAML, OAuth, JWT).
- Proficiency with data formats (JSON, XML), protocols (REST, SOAP), and scripting/programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years. Educational degree: Bachelor's preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in HR Tech or SaaS platform integrations, especially with HRIS/ATS or recruitment automation tools.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex system landscapes and collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
- Comfortable handling end-to-end implementation including technical discovery, integration design, data migration, and customer training.
