Manager and Principal, Security Platform Engineering

Manage and support a Security Platform Engineering team responsible for detecting and monitoring escalated security threats across enterprise infrastructure.

Accountable for administration, lifecycle management, tuning, and automation of organizational security tools to support incident response and operational excellence.

Lead hiring, training, coaching, and enforcing standards to ensure high-quality service delivery within 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.

Advanced experience leading and managing Security teams and SOC/CSIRT operations.

Advanced experience with Security technologies including Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy, EDR, NDR, SOAR, and related security tools.

Work Experience Required: Advanced experience in Security Engineering and end-to-end security incident handling.

Experienced in managing 24/7 security operations teams with a focus on operational excellence and collaborative culture.

Strong technical background in configuring, managing, and supporting a broad range of security controls and tools within enterprise environments.

Capable of influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders without formal authority to align security initiatives with business strategy.
