Minimum Requirements
8–10 years of software development experience with minimum 4 years hands-on Adobe Commerce (Magento Open Source/Commerce Cloud) development.
Strong expertise in PHP, Magento framework (module development, extension customization, dependency injection) and Commerce APIs (REST/GraphQL).
Experience with integrations (ERP, CRM, payment gateways), performance tuning (Redis, Varnish, CDN), and cloud/DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) explicitly required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven technical leader comfortable driving large-scale, complex Adobe Commerce implementations with focus on B2B commerce domains.
Experienced in performance optimization, security hardening (PCI-DSS compliance), and audit readiness at enterprise scale.
Familiar with Agile delivery and team mentoring, able to bridge technical and business stakeholder communication effectively.
