About This Role
- Designs, develops, and troubleshoots secure, high-quality Java fullstack software solutions within an agile team.
- Leverages enterprise-authorized AI-assisted coding tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, validating outputs via peer review and automated testing.
- Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met and continuously improves software through data-driven insights.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on experience in Java, React, AWS, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code.
- Understanding of responsible AI use including data sensitivity, secure handling, and adherence to security and resiliency standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced software engineer skilled in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in large corporate environments.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (CI/CD, Application Resiliency, Security) and ability to integrate AI-assisted development tools effectively.
- Capable of producing and maintaining complex architecture/design artifacts and adept at using data analytics to enhance software quality and security.
