About This Role
- Drive end-to-end quality engineering and assurance for software and AI-powered applications focusing on automation, manual, and AI/LLM testing.
- Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks leveraging tools like Playwright, Selenium, and programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Java.
- Lead, mentor, and manage QA teams, define testing strategies across UI, API, database, and AI technologies, and integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Engineering with project delivery management responsibility.
- Proven leadership experience managing Manual, Automation, and AI/LLM testing teams.
- Strong technical skills in Playwright, WebdriverIO/Selenium, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, UI, API, SQL/database testing, and AI-related testing tools and concepts (PromptFoo, Ragas, AI security, prompt injection, etc.).
- Hybrid work location in Gurugram/Noida/Pune with at least three days per week office presence required.

- Experienced leader in quality engineering with deep expertise in modern QA practices including AI/LLM evaluation and security testing.
- Technically proficient in automation frameworks, AI testing tools, RAG architecture, embeddings, and generative AI technologies.
- Skilled at stakeholder management, analytical problem solving, and driving measurable quality outcomes in complex and global delivery environments.
