About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks to support high-quality software releases.
- Create and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, analyze, troubleshoot defects, conduct root cause analysis, and drive timely resolutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in software quality engineering and/or software development in Agile (Scrum) environments.
- Proficiency in automated testing using Python or Java and familiarity with IDEs like PyCharm or IntelliJ.
- Experience with API testing and automation, test case management tools (e.g., TestRail), and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multi-tier, web-based, and mobile application testing with strong knowledge of modern QA methodologies including performance, security, scalability, and reliability testing.
- Skilled in test planning, execution, debugging, and SQL/database validation with experience driving quality and process improvements in Agile environments.
- Operates effectively in collaborative workflows using version control systems (Git) and advocates for quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
