About This Role
- Deliver Level 2 end-user IT support and manage day-to-day IT operations to ensure a stable and secure technology environment for ~2000 users.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle activities including allocation, inventory, refresh, replacement and retrieval with accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with regional/global technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders for incident resolution, service restoration, and continuous service improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 5-7 years experience in IT End User Support specifically for Windows and Mac environments.
- Technical proficiency with Windows 11, macOS troubleshooting, Microsoft O365, Intune basics, SCCM, and hardware from HP, DELL, Lenovo, Apple.
- Work location strictly in Hyderabad - DTI Waverock SEZ.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced operating in a large-user environment (~2000 devices) with a focus on maintaining stable, resilient IT operations.
- Strong capability in coordinating multiple teams including Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Global IT for complex issue resolution.
- Technical hands-on troubleshoot and automation skills including PowerShell, batch scripting, OS imaging, and device compliance troubleshooting.
