About This Role
- Implement, configure, and support PDM/PLM solutions to align with customer requirements and optimize system usage.
- Define and enforce data management governance including standards, workflows, access controls, revision control, and approval processes.
- Engage with customers through presentations, training, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and continuous improvement of PLM governance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in PDM/PLM domain, maximum 4 years allowed.
- Hands-on experience with PDM/PLM tools like PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter (or similar).
- Location requirement: Chennai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor in PLM governance and process setup with customer-facing experience.
- Experience integrating PLM with CAD tools (especially SOLIDWORKS) and enterprise systems, preferably ERP integrations.
- Skilled in establishing and enforcing governance frameworks for CAD data management and lifecycle processes.
