About This Role
- Develop, maintain, and deploy complex full-stack software solutions including data infrastructure and applications related to eDiscovery workflows using .NET, React JS/Angular, SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Manage all phases of SDLC, including requirements definition, solution design, development, testing, and deployment for front-end and back-end systems.
- Coach junior developers, participate in system upgrades, ensure compliance with InfoSec standards, and collaborate across internal teams on software projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent technical/business experience.
- 7-10 years of application development experience covering programming, data management, and full-stack web application deployment.
- Proficient in front-end technologies (JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, React JS/Angular), server-side languages (.NET), databases (SQL Server, Postgres), and caching (Redis, Memcached).
- Work mode is hybrid with 3 days per week onsite attendance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack engineer skilled in both SQL and NoSQL database design and deployment, capable of independently managing complex projects through the full SDLC.
- Familiar with modern software architecture patterns such as Microservices, SOA, Enterprise Integration, and event-driven designs.
- Demonstrates ability to mentor others and quickly adapt to new tools, frameworks, and evolving technical landscapes.
