About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple software projects within an Agile framework, ensuring milestone achievement, risk mitigation, and adherence to schedules.
- Facilitate all Agile rituals including stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to drive project clarity and minimize mid-sprint surprises.
- Measure project success through Agile metrics and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in product delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master and 5-7 years in project/program management within SaaS product development.
- Expertise in Agile/SCRUM/Kanban methodologies with proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM) required; PMP certification preferred; Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
