About This Role
- Lead the vision, development, and delivery of AI-driven products, ensuring alignment between market needs, business objectives, and technical execution.
- Manage product roadmap, go-to-market strategies, and product lifecycle from concept to production including responsible and ethical AI practices.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, oversee backlog and change management, and track product success metrics to drive iterations.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Owner/Product Management roles with 10-15 years overall IT experience.
- Domain expertise required in BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, and Life Sciences.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI/LLMs, and MLOps/LLMOps lifecycle.
- Experience with BPM, wireframing, mockup design, demo creation, product roadmap management, risk management, and mitigation strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior product management professional experienced in managing AI-focused products with end-to-end delivery responsibility.
- Technical proficiency in AI and machine learning concepts combined with strategic business and market insight.
- Experienced in agile methodologies, advanced requirements engineering for AI systems, and responsible AI principles.
