About This Role
- Lead SAP project management for implementation, migration, and application support (AMS) projects with end-to-end responsibility from workshops to go-live and post-go-live support.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management adhering to ITIL standards, SLA, and KPIs, including coordination with functional and technical teams and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide technical and business solution optimization, including estimation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement across SAP S/4HANA landscape with a focus on at least one core SAP module.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in SAP Project Management including implementation, migration, and AMS support.
- Bachelor's degree or higher with minimum 10+ years of formal education.
- Hands-on project management experience in SAP S/4HANA with expertise in at least one core SAP module (MM, SD, FI, PP, EWM).
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, ITIL processes, and proficiency with SAP integrations and support tools (Solution Manager, ServiceNow).

- Experienced in managing SAP end-to-end project lifecycle, including workshops, fit-gap analysis, cutover, and post-go-live support in a timely, SLA-driven environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage business users and senior leadership effectively to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
- Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence in SAP AMS support and rollout projects.
