About This Role
- Write and manage comprehensive user stories using Jira or Azure DevOps, including requirements, acceptance criteria, and process flows for HCM and HR technology platforms.
- Lead and manage multiple platform initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery across onshore, near-shore, and off-shore development teams.
- Create technical and end-user documentation and maintain a prioritized backlog organized into Epics, features, and stories to support efficient project execution.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in writing user stories and managing platform initiatives in a product or business analyst capacity.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is mandatory.
- Strong written communication skills and proficiency with Office 365 tools like Outlook and Teams required.
- Familiarity with HCM and HR technology platforms is required or explicitly mentioned as important.
