About This Role
- Create and edit short-form video content and motion graphics from existing long-form footage for marketing campaigns, social media, sales enablement, and events.
- Develop and maintain reusable video templates to increase production speed and ensure brand consistency across various video formats.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to translate briefs into polished visual video assets that meet technical format specifications for multiple platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years experience in video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, digital marketing, or related creative roles.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, Descript, or similar tools.
- Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and graphic design skills including short-form video and motion graphics.
- Work Experience Required: 6–8 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working in fast-paced, high-volume content environments such as social media, B2B marketing, or agency settings.
- Skilled at rapidly converting briefs and raw footage into visually consistent, on-brand polished video assets with minimal rework required.
- Background or familiarity with B2B, fintech, SaaS, banking, AI, or enterprise technology sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
